Strategies to promote/integrate ideas from all team members (team care): The team meets deadlines to ensure standards are met. If someone needs help, they should ask the team to help instead of waiting for the deadline to complete an undone task. The team intends to communicate via the D2L discussion forum and email, and we have all exchanged mobile phone numbers to find out about issues as quickly as possible. Mobile communication is used when it is not able to reach a person, but email and round table is the preferred method. Method of setting and monitoring agendas (who determines agendas? When? How are team members notified/recalled? Who is responsible for monitoring the team`s agenda at a team meeting? What is being done to keep the team on track at a meeting?): Describe what your team will do if the violations continue: all team members sign and agree to the terms and conditions set out in this contract. All questions are decided by the majority. Each team member must register on Wednesday until 6 p.m. with a status report of the assigned task. In this way, the group can see where everyone is and, if necessary, offer help to ensure that tasks are completed and solve problems before it is too late. All team members must be present and attend a meeting. All ideas are to be shared. All concerns should be raised immediately so as not to let things build. If a team member cannot attend a meeting this week, it is their responsibility to read the minutes, stay in play with their mission, and answer any questions or concerns.
Preferred method of communication (.B e.g. e-mail, mobile phone, landline phone, D2L team discussion forum, face-to-face, in a given class) to inform each other about team meetings, announcements, updates, memories, problems: this is only a brief step forward to imagine the amount of energy and productivity consumed by a team member trying to orient themselves in this new area. And just one or two steps further to predict potential conflict within a team whose « the way things are done » might not serve the group and, worse, affect its performance. The tasks are complete and meet the quality standards of the team. Whether it`s a corporate agreement between startup creators, a secure communication agreement within a team, or ground rules for a project committee, each team has agreements on how they will work together. All tasks are assigned individually to avoid duplication. Then the task is checked by all team members and approved for filing. All work is reviewed and sometimes processed by the project manager. In addition, all team members must check in by Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. with a status report of the task assigned to them.
